Cat Grooming

At Cat Care Clinic, our veterinary assistants offer grooming services that focus on your cat's health and well-being. Regular grooming helps prevent issues like hairballs, mats, and skin infections, and ensures that your cat's coat remains healthy and shiny. We provide essential services such as nail trimming, brushing, de-shedding, and sanitary trims, all of which promote good hygiene and comfort. Whether your cat needs a full grooming session or just a quick touch-up, our team is dedicated to keeping your feline friend in optimal health, no matter their breed or coat type.

Our Cat Grooming Services

Cat grooming is important for your cat’s comfort, health, and overall well-being. Regular grooming helps prevent matting and tangles, which can be uncomfortable or even painful, especially for long-haired cats. It also reduces shedding and hairballs by removing loose fur before your cat ingests it while self-grooming.

During grooming sessions, we prioritize your cat’s comfort and safety, working at their pace and keeping stress as low as possible. Let us help maintain your cat’s hygiene and health with our expert grooming services, because a well-groomed cat is a happy cat.

Comfort, Safety, and Stress Management

We want every grooming appointment to be a positive and safe experience for both your cat and our staff. If your cat becomes overly agitated or stressed, we may recommend pausing or discontinuing the grooming session for their well-being.

For especially anxious or “challenging” cats, we highly recommend discussing gabapentin or other calming options with our team ahead of time, especially for complicated grooming appointments or full shaves.
